Bloggo: Blog Search Bar vs SEO On: AI Product Descriptionfor Shopify (2026)
Bloggo: Blog Search Bar and SEO On: AI Product Description, while both falling under the 'Content' category in the Shopify app store, cater to vastly different needs. Bloggo focuses on improving the search experience specifically within a merchant's blog, allowing customers to easily find articles and tutorials. It's designed for businesses heavily invested in content marketing and relying on their blog for customer education and engagement. SEO On: AI Product Description, on the other hand, aims to streamline and enhance product descriptions, automating the SEO optimization process. SEO On is designed for merchants that want to optimize their online product's SEO. Bloggo has a tiny number of reviews, and given that SEO On already has close to 100 reviews, it's clear that more Shopify merchants have had a better experience with SEO On than Bloggo. SEO On focuses on automating the creation of engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions, thus reducing the time required by the product owners to complete the descriptions themselves. It offers bulk generation and multi-language capabilities, making it suitable for larger stores with extensive catalogs.

Our Verdict
If a merchant prioritizes enhancing the search functionality within their blog and improving content discovery for their audience, Bloggo: Blog Search Bar is a suitable choice. This is particularly relevant for businesses that rely heavily on their blog for customer education, tutorials, or thought leadership. However, given the very small number of reviews, caution is warranted. SEO On: AI Product Description is the better option for merchants seeking to optimize product descriptions, save time, and improve their overall SEO performance. Its AI-powered generation and bulk editing features make it suitable for stores of all sizes, especially those with extensive product catalogs. The stronger rating and review count also suggest a more reliable and well-received product.
