Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to build a long-term, engaging loyalty program with multiple tiers, rewards, and referral components, BLOY Rewards Program & Loyalty is the superior choice. Its comprehensive feature set allows for deep customization and strategic customer retention. However, if a merchant seeks a simple, easily implemented wishlist feature to reduce cart abandonment and gauge customer interest without the overhead of a full loyalty program, Wishlist by Square is a more appropriate solution. It excels at providing immediate value and ease of use, requiring minimal setup and integrating seamlessly into existing workflows. The higher number of reviews for BLOY suggests a more mature product with a longer track record.
