Blue Express vs Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Datefor Shopify (2026)
Blue Express and Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date offer distinct solutions within the Shopify shipping ecosystem. Blue Express focuses on providing a complete shipping solution for merchants in Chile, offering features like label generation, customized shipping rates, and real-time tracking. It aims to streamline the shipping process and integrate it directly with Blue Express's extensive network. Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date, on the other hand, concentrates on accurately displaying estimated delivery dates to customers, enhancing the customer experience and potentially increasing conversion rates. The key difference lies in their scope: Blue Express is a comprehensive shipping app specific to a geographical region (Chile) and one delivery network, while Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date is a focused tool improving the accuracy of displayed delivery estimates regardless of the delivery network(s) used. Both apps cater to Shopify merchants but address different needs in the order fulfillment process. The choice between them depends on whether a merchant needs a complete shipping solution integrated with Blue Express or simply wants to improve the accuracy of estimated delivery dates displayed to customers.

Our Verdict
For merchants operating in Chile and seeking an integrated shipping solution with Blue Express, Blue Express is the logical choice, despite its lower rating. It provides end-to-end shipping management within the Blue Express network. However, its low rating and limited number of reviews are a cause for concern and require careful consideration.
For merchants looking to improve the accuracy of estimated delivery dates shown to their customers, regardless of the shipping carrier or geographical location, Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date is the superior option. Its perfect rating and larger number of reviews suggest a high level of user satisfaction and reliability. If you only need to enhance the customer experience through improved delivery estimations, Delm is the clear winner. If you NEED the Blue Express integration and are willing to take a risk with a lower rated app, then Blue Express may be worth testing.
