Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on preventing bot traffic, content theft, and minimizing the *chance* of fraudulent orders from specific locations, BM: Country blocker IP blocker is the more suitable choice. Its granular control over access can be valuable for businesses targeting specific geographic markets or wanting to restrict access from known sources of malicious activity. However, it requires active management and understanding of IP addresses and location settings.
If a merchant is struggling with a high volume of chargebacks and wants to automate the dispute process and increase their win rates, Chargeflow Dispute Chargebacks is the better option. Its AI-powered evidence submission and fraud prevention features can significantly reduce the time and effort required to manage chargebacks, ultimately recovering lost revenue. The larger number of reviews also suggests wider adoption and potentially a more refined and robust platform. Choosing between the two depends on whether prevention of access or management of chargebacks is the greater priority.
