Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants experiencing frequent and sophisticated fraud attempts, including bots and content theft, 'BM: Country blocker IP blocker' appears to be the superior choice. Its granular control over blocking criteria, content protection features, and automated order management provide a more robust defense. The higher rating and significantly more reviews further support its effectiveness and user satisfaction.
However, if you're a smaller store or just starting to address basic fraud concerns, 'Sales Shield: Store Protection' *might* be a suitable starting point, presuming its simplicity translates to ease of use. However, the lack of detailed information and significantly lower user feedback makes it a riskier choice compared to the proven capabilities of 'BM: Country blocker IP blocker'. The best recommendation is to choose 'BM: Country blocker IP blocker' unless your needs are exceptionally simple and budgetary constraints are severe.
