Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
While both claim ease of use, BOGOS might be slightly easier to configure for simpler promotions like BOGO offers, given its focus on visual widgets. Loop may require a bit more initial setup due to the complexities of subscription management.
Can both apps be used together?
Technically possible, but potentially redundant and complex. BOGOS could create initial AOV boost leading to a subscription upsell. But managing both apps introduces additional overhead. Merchants should evaluate if the combined benefits outweigh the added complexity.
Which app provides better customer support?
BOGOS highlights 'Prompt chat and technical support', suggesting readily available assistance. Loop's description doesn't explicitly mention support frequency, but does mention scaling faster with team permissions, which implies the support may be focused more on large accounts/teams.
Which app offers more advanced targeting options?
BOGOS specifically mentions 'advanced targeting,' suggesting more granular control over which customers see which offers. Loop's description focuses more on general automation and workflows.
How do the pricing models differ between the apps?
The descriptions don't specify exact pricing. However, it's likely BOGOS is priced based on sales volume or the number of active promotions, while Loop's pricing likely scales with the number of active subscribers or subscription revenue.
