Bonify Customer Account Fields vs KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popupsfor Shopify (2026)
Bonify Customer Account Fields and KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups both aim to improve the customer experience on Shopify stores. However, they approach this goal from drastically different angles. Bonify likely focuses on providing greater control over the customer account creation and management process by allowing merchants to define and customize the fields required during registration. Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with gathering specific and customized information from customers during account creation, Bonify Customer Account Fields (assuming that's what it does) is likely the more suitable choice. This is especially useful for businesses that require detailed customer profiles for targeted marketing or regulatory compliance.
Conversely, KwikPass is better suited for merchants prioritizing ease of login and increased customer engagement. The OTP login and interactive pop-ups can help reduce friction, attract new customers, and drive conversions. The 24x7 support is also a significant advantage. The larger number of reviews (72 vs 8) indicates it's more widely adopted and potentially more reliable.
