Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to cultivate a strong sense of personal connection with their customers and drive repeat sales through personalized interactions, Bonjoro: Thank You Videos is the clear choice. It is best suited for businesses that can dedicate resources to creating engaging video content. On the other hand, for merchants primarily concerned with security, preventing fraudulent accounts, and providing a seamless login experience, PasswordFree Authenticator App is more appropriate. It caters to businesses where security and user convenience are paramount, especially those dealing with sensitive customer information or aiming to reduce cart abandonment due to login friction. Given the lack of reviews, PasswordFree Authenticator App presents a riskier proposition currently.
