Bonjoro: Thank You Videos vs Reorder Pro – Buy Againfor Shopify (2026)
Bonjoro: Thank You Videos and Reorder Pro – Buy Again both aim to improve customer loyalty, but they take vastly different approaches. Bonjoro focuses on personalized customer connection through thank-you videos, targeting merchants who want to build stronger relationships and boost customer lifetime value by creating a positive first impression. Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing brand building and personalized customer experiences, Bonjoro: Thank You Videos is the stronger choice. Its personalized video approach can foster a deeper connection with customers, leading to increased loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. This is particularly effective for businesses in competitive markets where differentiation through customer service is crucial.
However, for merchants focused on maximizing repeat sales and streamlining the reordering process, especially for products with predictable repurchase cycles, Reorder Pro – Buy Again is the better fit. Its ease of use and direct impact on repeat purchase rates make it a valuable tool for businesses looking to optimize their existing customer base's buying habits. If a business already has strong customer service in place, Reorder Pro might provide more immediate revenue benefits.
Common Questions

Which app provides more long-term customer engagement?
Bonjoro has the potential for greater long-term engagement. Personalized videos are memorable and can create a lasting positive impression. Reorder Pro improves convenience, but doesn't necessarily build a deeper emotional connection.
