Our Verdict
For merchants dedicated to building deep, personal connections with their customers and willing to invest time in creating personalized videos, Bonjoro: Thank You Videos is the clear choice. Its emphasis on direct engagement can foster genuine loyalty and positive brand perception. However, the smaller review count compared to similarly purposed apps might mean more risk.
Conversely, if a merchant seeks a more hands-off, automated solution focused on driving sales through birthday-themed discounts, Webkul Birthday Discount offers a straightforward approach. However, the extremely low rating and review count suggests potential issues with the app's functionality or customer support, urging caution before choosing it. The merchant needs to weigh the benefits of automation against the risks associated with poor reviews.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for a beginner?
