Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with mitigating COD risks, implementing complex payment rules based on location or product, and optimizing their shipping strategy, Bony: Checkout Rules & COD appears to be the stronger choice. Its feature set is directly aligned with these goals. Checkout Blocks & Customizer is likely better suited for merchants focused on the visual design and user interface of the checkout process. Given the limited data and lack of feature list, it is difficult to say for sure. Bony might be better for high-risk merchants that accept COD and need to block it in certain scenarios.
