Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with managing payment options, particularly Cash on Delivery (COD), preventing fraud related to payment and shipping, and implementing complex shipping rules based on various conditions, Bony: Checkout Rules & COD is likely the better choice. Its focus on payment and shipping control offers more granular control over the order process. However, if address-related issues are a significant problem, leading to failed deliveries and customer frustration, VL: Checkout Address Validator provides a more direct solution with its real-time address validation and customization options. VL is better for merchants who prioritize accurate customer data and a smoother delivery process.
