Our Verdict
BookX is the clear choice for any merchant requiring appointment booking and scheduling functionality. Its feature set is tailored to managing appointments, teams, and locations, making it suitable for a wide range of service-based businesses. Without any functional description for EDP, it's impossible to recommend it. If a merchant only sells downloadable PDFs and wants a simple solution, it *might* be appropriate, but more information would be needed to make an informed assessment. For managing bookings and schedules, BookX is the recommended app, even with a slightly lower rating but a higher number of reviews demonstrating broader usage.
