Boomerang Bounce Back vs Findter Custom Filter & Searchfor Shopify (2026)
Boomerang Bounce Back and Findter Custom Filter & Search, while both categorized under 'Upsell and Bundles - Other' on Shopify, target entirely different aspects of the customer journey and offer distinct functionalities. Boomerang Bounce Back focuses on reducing bounce rates by redirecting leaving visitors to targeted landing pages, aiming to recapture potentially lost sales at the very end of a browsing session. Findter Custom Filter & Search, on the other hand, concentrates on improving product discovery and the overall shopping experience through advanced filtering and search capabilities, impacting customer engagement much earlier in the buying process. The core divergence lies in their intervention point: Boomerang intervenes at exit, while Findter improves the shopping experience during the search process. Our Verdict
Choosing between Boomerang Bounce Back and Findter Custom Filter & Search depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs. If a store suffers from a high bounce rate and wants a simple solution to re-engage abandoning visitors, Boomerang Bounce Back is a potentially good choice, despite the low number of reviews. However, the lack of reviews necessitates caution. For stores with extensive product catalogs or complex product variations, Findter Custom Filter & Search offers a more robust solution to help customers navigate and find the products they're looking for, although the complete lack of reviews makes its functionality and ease of use unverifiable. Without any user feedback, merchants should be cautious when installing Findter.
