Boostmyshop App vs Elevate A/B Testing Price Testfor Shopify (2026)
Boostmyshop App and Elevate A/B Testing Price Test both aim to optimize pricing for Shopify merchants, but they take fundamentally different approaches. Boostmyshop focuses on competitive pricing intelligence, importing a product catalog from Google Shopping, monitoring competitor prices, and automating price adjustments based on predefined rules. It targets merchants who actively sell on Google Shopping and want to maintain a competitive edge by tracking competitor pricing and automating repricing based on that intel. Elevate A/B Testing Price Test, on the other hand, offers a broader A/B testing platform. It allows merchants to test various aspects of their store, including pricing, shipping rates, themes, and content, to identify the most effective strategies for maximizing revenue. Elevate A/B Testing Price Test is geared towards merchants who want a holistic A/B testing solution for optimizing their entire online store, going beyond pricing. It's suitable for larger teams that need sophisticated segmentation and comprehensive reporting. Boostmyshop appears to be more streamlined and focused on dynamic pricing driven by competitor analysis, making it a potentially better choice for businesses specifically concerned with maintaining competitive pricing on Google Shopping. The vast difference in review volume and rating suggests Elevate A/B Testing Price Test has a larger user base and higher overall satisfaction.

Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on Google Shopping and primarily concerned with automated, competitor-driven dynamic pricing, Boostmyshop App appears to be a more direct solution. However, the extremely low review count raises concerns about reliability and user experience. Elevate A/B Testing Price Test, with its significantly higher rating and review volume, offers a more comprehensive A/B testing platform. It's a better choice for merchants looking to optimize various aspects of their store beyond just pricing, or those who prioritize a well-supported and user-friendly experience. Given the review discrepancies, proceeding with Boostmyshop would require more due diligence to ensure it meets the merchant's needs in practice. Unless the Google Shopping integration and competitor focus is paramount, Elevate A/B Testing Price Test is likely the safer choice for most stores.
