Our Verdict
The choice between Booxi and Digitally is straightforward and depends heavily on what you are selling. If you are a retailer selling appointment-based services like consultations, in-store appointments, or virtual events, Booxi is the clear choice. Its focus on scheduling, reminders, and integration makes it well-suited for managing customer bookings.
However, if you're primarily selling downloadable digital goods like ebooks, software licenses, or digital art, Digitally is the better option. Its security features, such as PDF stamping and license tracking, are essential for protecting your digital assets, and its delivery automation features streamline the sales process. While Booxi has a perfect rating, the very low number of reviews (3) makes it less reliable than Digitally, which has a large number of reviews (28), even with a slightly lower score (4.7/5).
