Booxi: Appointment Scheduling vs Xesto Fitfor Shopify (2026)
Booxi: Appointment Scheduling and Xesto Fit cater to drastically different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Booxi is positioned as an all-in-one appointment and event scheduling solution for retailers, offering features like booking widgets, consultation scheduling, group event bookings, and automated reminders. Its strength lies in its comprehensive approach to managing customer interactions and streamlining operations for businesses that rely on scheduled appointments or events. Booxi targets a broad range of retailers, from single stores to large, multi-location enterprises. The limited number of reviews (3) should be considered when evaluating its reliability and performance in a real-world scenario. In contrast, Xesto Fit focuses specifically on improving shoe sales through a size-recommendation iOS app. It aims to reduce returns and increase customer satisfaction by providing a more accurate fit. The Xesto Fit widget integrates with product pages, allowing users to scan their feet and determine the appropriate shoe size. Its target audience is clearly footwear retailers looking to leverage technology to address sizing issues. A significant drawback is the absence of any reviews, indicating a lack of adoption or potentially a very new app. This makes it difficult to gauge its effectiveness or user experience.

Our Verdict
For retailers needing a comprehensive solution for managing appointments, events, and consultations, Booxi: Appointment Scheduling is the clear choice. Its feature set directly addresses the complexities of scheduling and customer management. However, the limited number of reviews warrants further investigation into user experiences and potential issues.
Xesto Fit is specifically tailored for footwear retailers who are struggling with sizing issues and want to leverage mobile technology to improve customer satisfaction and reduce returns. The lack of reviews makes it a riskier option, and retailers should carefully consider its potential benefits against the uncertainty of its performance. If accurate shoe sizing is a significant pain point, it might be worth exploring, but with caution. Without user feedback, it is difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of the iOS scanning process or the overall accuracy of the shoe size recommendations.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Booxi claims easy deployment, but without more reviews or documentation, it's difficult to say definitively. Xesto Fit likely requires iOS app integration and widget setup, potentially adding complexity.
Which app is more expensive?
The pricing information is not provided, so it's impossible to compare costs.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
Potentially, but there is no clear integration between them. They address completely different needs (appointment booking vs. shoe sizing).
Is Xesto Fit useful for retailers selling clothing other than shoes?
No. It's specifically designed to address shoe sizing issues.
Does Booxi work for services offered remotely?
Yes. Booxi supports both in-store and virtual appointments, as well as expert consultations. This makes it useful for retailers offering services online.
