BorderBuddy Customs ~Ship DDP and Printegy: Print‑on‑Demand are both highly-rated (5/5) shipping solutions available on the Shopify App Store. However, they cater to vastly different needs. Our Verdict
The choice between BorderBuddy and Printegy depends entirely on the merchant's business model. BorderBuddy is the superior choice for Shopify merchants who need to ship products to Canadian customers and want to provide a transparent, all-inclusive price at checkout, avoiding surprise fees and navigating Canadian customs regulations. Printegy is ideal for merchants who want to sell custom-designed products without the overhead of managing inventory and fulfillment. If a merchant is already selling physical products, and wishes to expand sales into Canada, BorderBuddy is a strong tool. If the merchant wishes to sell designed products and avoid handling any inventory at all, Printegy would be preferable.
