Our Verdict
BorderBuddy Customs ~Ship DDP is the clear choice for merchants prioritizing seamless and compliant shipping to Canada. Its features, like all-in pricing and auto-fulfillment, directly address the complexities of cross-border commerce. ZM Express appears to be a very basic app and better suited to merchants seeking a very simple order listing and fulfillment workflow. Given the lack of reviews and a basic feature set, it might be useful for those who have not yet established a fulfillment process. However, BorderBuddy provides a far more comprehensive and specialized solution for Canadian shipping.
