Our Verdict
If you are looking to improve customer engagement and sales through WhatsApp and Instagram and believe AI-driven communication can benefit your store, BotSpace is worth exploring, despite the limited number of reviews. However, the lack of detail on its AI capabilities adds risk. If your priority is to immediately boost conversion rates on your product pages, particularly on mobile, and you value ease of use and customization, MX Sticky Add to Cart is worth considering, though the complete lack of reviews presents a significant risk.
Ultimately, the right choice depends on your specific needs and risk tolerance. If sales conversion optimization on product pages is the immediate goal and the risk is acceptable, MX Sticky Add to Cart offers a focused solution. Otherwise, BotSpace has more potential in terms of engaging shoppers but less proven value.
