Our Verdict
Choosing between BotSpace and Revie depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs. If a merchant is heavily invested in both WhatsApp and Instagram for sales and requires AI-powered marketing automation, BotSpace might be the better choice, despite having fewer reviews. However, the limited number of reviews (only 9) should be considered cautiously. On the other hand, if a merchant's primary goal is to leverage WhatsApp reviews to build trust and drive sales, Revie's focus on review generation and marketing, coupled with a substantial number of reviews (275), makes it a more compelling option. Revie also offers the benefit of significant usage and feedback from a larger user base.
