Our Verdict
For retailers seeking a more customizable or feature-rich in-store POS solution than Shopify POS, particularly those needing specific payment gateway integrations or advanced order management capabilities like exchanges and split payments, BR Sales Terminal POS might be worth exploring. However, the relatively low rating and small number of reviews should prompt careful consideration and potentially a trial period.
For merchants primarily concerned with managing returns, warranties, and improving the post-purchase customer experience, xCotton Post Purchase Guard, with its perfect rating and substantial number of reviews, appears to be the stronger choice. Its focus on protection and risk mitigation makes it a more suitable option for businesses wanting to proactively address potential customer issues after a sale.
