Our Verdict
Based on available data, IGF ‑ Influencer Gift Form appears to be the more reliable option. Its 5/5 rating with 43 reviews suggests a positive user experience. It excels at automating the often-tedious process of sending free products to influencers, ideal for merchants heavily involved in product seeding and influencer outreach. The Brand Ambassador App, despite its ambition to provide a full suite of features for managing an ambassador program, lacks reviews and any indication of user satisfaction. Until it establishes a positive track record, it's a riskier choice. If a merchant's primary goal is building a structured ambassador program and they are willing to take a chance on a new app, the Brand Ambassador App *could* be an option, but IGF is better for simple gifting.
