Branded SMS Pakistan vs CP24 Advanced Wishlistfor Shopify (2026)
Branded SMS Pakistan and CP24 Advanced Wishlist are both highly rated Shopify apps, but they cater to vastly different needs. Branded SMS Pakistan focuses on communication, providing tools for SMS notifications (order updates, abandoned cart recovery) and voice calls to reduce order returns and boost sales. It's designed to proactively engage customers through personalized messaging. CP24 Advanced Wishlist, on the other hand, centers around customer engagement via wishlists and web push notifications, offering features like guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and reminders for price drops or low stock. It aims to capture customer interest and bring them back to the store using a passive but persistent approach. The overlap in web push capabilities is a minor aspect compared to their core functionalities.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily seeking to enhance customer communication related to orders and actively recover abandoned carts, Branded SMS Pakistan is the more suitable choice. Its automated SMS and voice call capabilities offer a direct approach to customer engagement and reducing returns. However, merchants prioritizing long-term customer engagement, passively encouraging sales via wishlists, and gathering data for targeted marketing would be better served by CP24 Advanced Wishlist. CP24's web push feature complements its wishlist functionality by allowing merchants to notify customers about price drops or low stock of wishlisted items.
