Our Verdict
Based on the available data in 2026, Koin Cashback & Store Credit appears to be the much stronger choice for Shopify merchants seeking to implement a loyalty or reward program. Its positive reviews, specific feature set (including Shopify Flow integration), and focus on leveraging store credit for retention provide a more compelling value proposition. It especially suits merchants (particularly on Shopify Plus) looking for a feature-rich, automated solution.
Given the complete lack of data for Brandpay UGC Rewards & Loyalty, it's impossible to recommend it at this time. Merchants would be taking a significant risk choosing it over a well-reviewed and feature-rich alternative like Koin. Brandpay UGC Rewards & Loyalty would need to demonstrate significant traction and positive user feedback before it could be seriously considered.
