Our Verdict
BreezyFile is the clear choice for US-based Shopify merchants who want to automate their sales tax filings and state registrations. The integrated dashboard and expert support provide peace of mind regarding compliance. DataChamp is the better option for merchants who require flexible data export capabilities for tasks like accounting, ERP integration, fulfillment management, or detailed business analysis. If you need to move your Shopify data to external systems for reporting or integration, DataChamp offers a level of customization and automation that BreezyFile doesn't provide. Essentially, BreezyFile is about *compliance*, while DataChamp is about *data utility*.
