Our Verdict
Given the current data, Easyteam for Point of Sale is the clear recommendation for Shopify POS retailers in 2026 seeking a staff management solution. Its high rating, substantial number of positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set make it a reliable and well-supported option. It addresses key pain points such as scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and sales performance management. Without any data or user feedback on Brightlist, it is impossible to recommend it to any merchant. Retailers should prioritize Easyteam unless Brightlist provides significant evidence of its value and capabilities in the future.
