Our Verdict
Given the available data, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing is the significantly more appealing option for most Shopify merchants in 2026. The positive reviews and the specified functionality (WhatsApp & SMS marketing) provide a degree of confidence that Brightlist, with its complete lack of user feedback, cannot offer. Merchants seeking immediate value and a functional staff notification solution should choose Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing. Brightlist might be considered only by merchants with a high tolerance for risk and a desire to be early adopters, but without any supporting information, it's a gamble.
