Our Verdict
Based on available data, NoteDesk ‑ AI CRM, ERP & Tasks appears to be the superior choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to manage their CRM, ERP, and tasks. It particularly benefits merchants struggling with scaling operations and needing more robust team management and automation.
Brightlist, lacking any reviews or detailed feature descriptions, is a risky choice. While it may eventually prove to be a valuable tool, its current state makes it impossible to recommend over NoteDesk unless a merchant is particularly drawn to its name or has prior knowledge not reflected in the available Shopify App Store data.
