Brightpearl by Sage vs Bundles.app ‑ Inventory Syncfor Shopify (2026)
Brightpearl by Sage and Bundles.app - Inventory Sync both aim to optimize inventory for Shopify merchants, but they target vastly different segments. Brightpearl, backed by Sage, likely provides a more comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution with inventory management as a key component. Bundles.app, on the other hand, is laser-focused on creating and managing product bundles, multipacks, and tiered pricing structures while ensuring automatic inventory synchronization. This specialization allows Bundles.app to offer a more streamlined and intuitive experience for merchants specifically looking to leverage the power of bundling. The key differentiator lies in their scope. Brightpearl likely handles broader business operations beyond just inventory and bundling, making it suitable for larger, more complex businesses. Bundles.app is best for merchants who prioritize increasing average order value through strategic product bundling and require an easy-to-use, highly specialized tool. The significant difference in review count suggests Bundles.app has a larger user base focused on its specific niche, which points to its effectiveness in addressing the needs of bundling-focused merchants. Brightpearl, while potentially robust, may have a steeper learning curve and be overkill for merchants solely interested in bundling features.

Our Verdict
If your business requires a full-fledged ERP system with robust inventory management as part of a larger suite of features, Brightpearl by Sage is the more suitable option, despite its lower number of reviews. However, for merchants specifically looking to boost sales through strategic product bundling and require an easy-to-use solution focused on creating multipacks, tiered pricing, and automatic inventory synchronization, Bundles.app - Inventory Sync is the clear winner. Its higher rating, significantly more reviews, and specific feature set cater directly to the needs of bundling-focused stores.
Bundles.app offers a more streamlined experience for merchants who want to implement bundling strategies quickly and efficiently without the complexities of a full ERP. While Brightpearl may provide deeper inventory management capabilities overall, Bundles.app excels in the specific area of bundled product inventory, making it the preferred choice for those whose primary goal is to enhance their bundling strategy.
