BSS B2B Quotes & Quick Order vs Ymq B2B & Wholesale Solutionfor Shopify (2026)
BSS B2B Quotes & Quick Order and Ymq B2B & Wholesale Solution both cater to Shopify merchants seeking to enhance their B2B or wholesale capabilities. BSS focuses primarily on streamlining the quote-to-order process, emphasizing customization, negotiation, and efficient bulk ordering facilitated by quick order pages and CSV uploads. A key strength lies in its integration with Shopify Plus, enabling advanced functionalities like catalog-specific pricing and quantity rules. It appears to be tailored towards larger businesses or those with complex pricing and order management needs. Ymq, on the other hand, positions itself as an all-in-one solution, offering a broader set of wholesale features, including customer tagging, wholesale pricing tiers, order limits, and tax automation. Ymq's strength is its ease of implementation and wider feature set aimed at a more general B2B/wholesale merchant. It seems to be geared toward merchants who want a streamlined way to manage B2B customers without overhauling their existing Shopify store. While BSS offers powerful quoting and bulk order capabilities, especially within the Shopify Plus ecosystem, Ymq provides a more comprehensive toolkit for various wholesale scenarios, making it potentially easier to set up a wider range of B2B selling functionalities. The choice depends on the specific needs: complex quoting workflows versus a broader set of wholesale features.

Our Verdict
For Shopify Plus merchants or those needing robust quote management and bulk ordering with negotiated pricing, BSS B2B Quotes & Quick Order is the better choice. Its integration with Shopify Plus unlocks advanced catalog and pricing features. However, for merchants seeking a more general and easier-to-implement B2B solution with features like tiered pricing, order limits, and customer tagging, Ymq B2B & Wholesale Solution is a more suitable option.
Ultimately, the decision depends on the specific requirements. If the quote-to-order process and bulk ordering are critical pain points, BSS is the superior choice. If a broader range of wholesale functionalities and a simpler setup are desired, Ymq offers a more compelling value proposition.
