Our Verdict
For merchants needing a comprehensive B2B solution with advanced pricing, registration, and tax management, BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution is the clear choice. The higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest greater customer satisfaction and a more robust, well-established product. Easy Wholesale Lock is better suited for stores with simpler needs, such as hiding prices from the general public or granting access to specific content based on customer activity. It serves as a flexible tool for access control but lacks the full suite of B2B features found in BSS. Therefore, BSS is generally recommended for merchants serious about expanding into the B2B market, while Easy Wholesale Lock is a more cost-effective option for basic access management.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Easy Wholesale Lock likely offers a simpler setup process due to its focus on access control and content restriction, whereas BSS requires configuration across pricing, registration, and order management.
Which app handles complex tax scenarios better?
BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution is explicitly designed for complex B2B tax scenarios with automated tax-exempt rules and VAT/EU support, while Easy Wholesale Lock does not specify any tax handling features.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
While technically possible, using both apps simultaneously could lead to conflicts and redundancy. It's best to assess your needs and choose the app that best aligns with your B2B strategy.
Which app is more scalable?
BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution is described as scaling to catalogs and customer segments, indicating it is designed for larger, growing B2B businesses. Easy Wholesale Lock's scalability is less clear, focusing more on granular access control rather than overall platform scaling.
Which app is better if I only need to hide prices from regular customers?
Easy Wholesale Lock is better suited for simply hiding prices from regular customers and requiring login to view them. BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution offers far more than this basic functionality and is likely overkill for such a simple requirement.
