BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution vs Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demandfor Shopify (2026)
BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution and Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demand cater to vastly different needs within the sourcing options category on Shopify. BSS is designed for merchants operating or expanding into B2B or hybrid (B2B and B2C) sales, offering a comprehensive suite of tools to manage wholesale operations, including custom pricing, registration forms, order limits, and tax controls. It aims to centralize and streamline complex B2B workflows. In contrast, Inkedjoy is a print-on-demand (POD) service enabling merchants to easily sell custom-designed products without managing inventory. Its focus is on simplifying the product creation and fulfillment process for merchants wishing to offer personalized items. While both apps are 'sourcing options', their target markets are distinct. BSS is for established businesses with a B2B focus requiring robust control over pricing, customer management, and order processing. Inkedjoy is aimed at entrepreneurs, artists, or businesses looking to enter the custom product market quickly and easily, leveraging the dropshipping model. The choice between them hinges entirely on the merchant's business model and specific needs – B2B management versus print-on-demand fulfillment.

Our Verdict
The best choice depends entirely on the merchant's business model. For established B2B businesses needing comprehensive control over wholesale operations, customer management, and pricing structures, BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution is the clear winner. Its feature set is tailored for complex B2B workflows and scales to growing businesses. On the other hand, Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demand is ideal for merchants looking to quickly launch a custom product line without the hassles of inventory, printing, and shipping. It's a strong choice for startups, artists, or businesses expanding into personalized products.
While Inkedjoy has a perfect rating, the lower review count indicates a smaller user base compared to BSS. This doesn't necessarily mean it's inferior, but BSS's higher review count suggests a longer track record and wider adoption among B2B merchants. Ultimately, if your business model is B2B focused, BSS is the better fit. If you want to sell custom products without managing inventory, choose Inkedjoy.
