Our Verdict
BST‑Frequently Bought Together is the more established and likely more robust option based on the available data. Its AI-powered recommendations, Amazon-style design, and proven track record make it suitable for merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to maximize cross-selling revenue. It's a better fit for stores looking for advanced features and proven effectiveness. Smart Suggest Pro by Essenify, on the other hand, might be attractive to merchants on a tighter budget or those simply needing basic personalized recommendations with easy setup. However, the lack of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Given the choice, unless budget is a significant constraint and the risk of using a new, untested app is acceptable, BST‑Frequently Bought Together is the recommended option.
