Our Verdict
BST‑Frequently Bought Together is the clear choice for merchants primarily focused on increasing revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Its AI-powered recommendations, bundle discount options, and mobile-first design make it a powerful tool for boosting Average Order Value (AOV). Its strong rating and high number of reviews indicate a reliable and effective solution.
ThumbsUp is more suitable for merchants who prioritize gathering customer feedback and improving product offerings and blog content through simple voting mechanisms. However, its low rating and limited number of reviews raise concerns about its overall effectiveness and reliability. If the primary goal is revenue generation, BST is the superior option. ThumbsUp might be considered for basic feedback collection, but its low rating warrants caution.
