Bulk Discount Code Bot vs EG Auto Add to Cart Free Giftfor Shopify (2026)
Bulk Discount Code Bot and EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift both aim to enhance the customer experience and drive sales through discounts, but they tackle this goal with very different approaches. Bulk Discount Code Bot (name implies functionality) focuses on generating and managing large quantities of discount codes. EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift, on the other hand, centers around automatic gift-giving and BOGO (Buy One Get One) or Buy X Get Y promotions, adding gifts to the cart based on pre-defined rules. EasyGift positions itself as an "upsell monster". While Bulk Discount Code Bot likely caters to merchants who frequently run promotions requiring unique codes, offering a streamlined way to create and distribute them, EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift targets merchants looking for more automated and engaging ways to incentivize purchases through free gifts, BOGO offers, and cart-based upsells. EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift places a strong emphasis on ease of use, describing its UI as simple and meditation-like. Our Verdict
For merchants needing to generate and distribute a high volume of unique discount codes for marketing campaigns, Bulk Discount Code Bot is likely the more suitable choice. Its core function centers around this specific need. However, for stores prioritizing automated upsells and cart-based promotions like free gifts, BOGO, or Buy X Get Y, EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift offers a more complete solution. Its focus on ease of use and higher review count suggests a robust and widely adopted feature set for these types of promotions. EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift would be a better fit for merchants that are less concerned with unique discount codes, and more interested in AOV, automated upselling, and cart-based promotional automation.
