Our Verdict
Choosing between Bulk Price Editor Pro and Zigpoll Customer Surveys depends entirely on your business priorities. If your primary need is to efficiently manage and automate pricing across a large product catalog, especially with frequent sales and promotions, Bulk Price Editor Pro is the clear choice. Its bulk editing capabilities, scheduling, and rollback features will save significant time and effort. However, if your focus is on understanding your customers, improving their experience, and optimizing your marketing efforts based on direct feedback, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the better option. Common Questions
Can I use both apps to improve my Shopify store?
Yes, Bulk Price Editor Pro and Zigpoll Customer Surveys address completely different aspects of your store. Bulk Price Editor Pro improves operational efficiency in pricing, and Zigpoll provides insights to optimize customer experience. They are complementary rather than competitive.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Zigpoll is likely easier to set up due to its 'no-code' setup. Bulk Price Editor Pro, with its rule-based editor, may require more initial configuration to define the desired pricing rules.
Is Bulk Price Editor Pro suitable for a small store with a limited number of products?
While Bulk Price Editor Pro can be used for smaller stores, its value is maximized with a large product catalog where manual price adjustments would be time-consuming. A smaller store might find it an overkill initially.
How does Zigpoll help with cart abandonment?
Zigpoll offers abandoned checkout campaigns, which are specifically designed to uncover the reasons behind cart abandonment and potentially recover lost sales. This is done by surveying customers who abandoned their carts.
Does Bulk Price Editor Pro have a free trial?
The provided information doesn't mention a free trial, so it's recommended to check the app listing in the Shopify App Store for the most up-to-date information on pricing and trial availability.
