BUZZ Affiliate Marketing vs SupaEasy: AI Functions creatorfor Shopify (2026)
BUZZ Affiliate Marketing and SupaEasy: AI Functions creator are both 5-star rated Shopify apps but cater to drastically different merchant needs. BUZZ Affiliate Marketing focuses on automating and streamlining affiliate, influencer, and ambassador programs to drive sales and ROI through creator partnerships. It provides tools for recruitment, commission automation, and performance tracking, essentially offering a complete affiliate marketing management solution. SupaEasy, conversely, addresses the upcoming deprecation of Shopify Scripts by providing an AI-powered solution for creating and migrating Shopify Functions for discounts, shipping, payment, and validation. It aims to give merchants greater control over their checkout experience without requiring coding expertise. The core difference lies in their value proposition: BUZZ focuses on external marketing through affiliate partnerships, while SupaEasy focuses on internal checkout customization and functionality. BUZZ is aimed at merchants looking to leverage the power of influencers and affiliates, whereas SupaEasy is targeted towards Shopify Plus users and merchants seeking to replace or extend the functionality previously offered by Shopify Scripts with custom checkout features. The ease of use also differs; BUZZ offers pre-built automation and tools for affiliate management, while SupaEasy relies on AI to generate functions, which may require some understanding of checkout logic.
