Its AI-powered phone agent can significantly reduce the workload on customer service teams and improve accessibility for international customers.
However, if a merchant is concerned about losing sales due to broken links and wants to improve the user experience on their website, NotFoundBot is the more appropriate solution. Its automatic redirection and analytics features can help recapture lost customers and optimize website navigation. Given that these apps solve unrelated customer experience problems, a savvy merchant could install both, with appropriate consideration for their individual pricing plans.
