Our Verdict
If the primary goal is to declutter product pages and prevent user frustration from encountering unavailable options, Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants is the better choice. Its granular control over visibility based on inventory levels, customer tags, and locations makes it suitable for businesses with complex inventory management needs. However, for fashion-focused Shopify stores or businesses that rely heavily on size/variant selection on collection pages, Size Swatch offers a streamlined shopping experience. By displaying sizes as swatches, it reduces the number of clicks required to find available products and thus increase conversion rates.
