Candy Rack • All‑in‑One Upsell vs Zoorix: Bundles & Cross Sellfor Shopify (2026)
Candy Rack and Zoorix both aim to increase average order value (AOV) through upsells, cross-sells, and product bundles, but they approach it with different feature sets and target audiences. Candy Rack focuses primarily on strategic offer placement across various touchpoints in the customer journey, from product pages to post-purchase thank-you pages. It emphasizes a seamless, native-looking design integration. Zoorix, on the other hand, centers around volume discounts, quantity breaks, and bundled product offerings, alongside AI-powered cross-selling. The core difference lies in their primary focus. Candy Rack excels at simple yet comprehensive upsell and cross-sell solutions with multiple placements, appealing to merchants who want a streamlined and visually consistent upsell experience. Zoorix is ideal for merchants who want to offer tiered pricing, bulk discounts, bundles, and more complex promotional strategies to drive volume sales. Zoorix is the better choice for complex pricing needs, while Candy Rack offers a more simplified and design-focused approach for general upsell/cross-sell needs.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily interested in a seamless, well-designed upsell and cross-sell experience across multiple touchpoints in the customer journey, Candy Rack is the better choice. Its strength lies in offering relevant product suggestions at various stages, with an emphasis on native-looking design and easy A/B testing capabilities.
However, if a merchant is heavily focused on volume discounts, tiered pricing, and bundled product offerings, Zoorix is the clear winner. Its comprehensive suite of features for creating discount rules, building custom bundles, and offering free shipping thresholds makes it ideal for driving larger orders. While it offers cross-selling capabilities, its core value proposition lies in its volume-driven pricing and bundle creation functionality.
