Our Verdict
The choice between Canva Connect and SEO Speed Image Optimizer hinges on the merchant's priorities. If a merchant heavily relies on Canva for creating marketing materials and seeks to streamline that design process, Canva Connect is the superior choice. It eliminates the manual downloading and uploading of product images, saving time and improving design efficiency. However, for merchants primarily concerned with improving website performance, SEO, and user experience through optimized images, SEO Speed Image Optimizer is the more appropriate solution. Its automated optimization and bulk editing features can significantly improve site speed and search engine ranking without requiring active design work in Canva.
