Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with preventing fraudulent transactions and bot activity, Cart Block: checkout validator presents a compelling solution with its dynamic CAPTCHA and specific fraud-prevention features. The multichannel support also suggests a higher level of ongoing assistance. However, the lower review count (though a good rating) might make some merchants hesitant. EZ Checkout Controller | Rules is ideal for merchants who need granular control over the checkout process, including setting custom rules based on product tags, customer attributes, and the ability to manipulate payment and shipping methods. While the review count is also low, the perfect rating indicates high satisfaction among its current users. If custom checkout tailoring is the priority, EZ Checkout Controller is the better choice.
