Our Verdict
The choice between CartBot: Gift with purchase and RT: Terms and Conditions Box depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the goal is to boost sales, increase average order value, and enhance the customer experience through strategic gifting, CartBot is the clear winner. Its flexible bot configuration and wide array of conditions make it a powerful tool for driving revenue.
However, if the merchant is more concerned with legal compliance, protecting the business from potential disputes, and ensuring customers agree to terms and conditions before checkout, RT: Terms and Conditions Box is the better choice. While it lacks the sales-oriented features of CartBot, its singular focus on compliance provides peace of mind and reduces legal risk. It is quite possible that many shops in 2026 will need both apps to maximize revenue and protection.
