Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on building email lists, nurturing customer relationships through detailed email campaigns, and offering incentives like Spin-a-Sale, Cartly Abandoned Cart Recovery is the better choice. Its comprehensive email marketing features make it suitable for businesses seeking a holistic approach to customer engagement.
However, if a merchant prioritizes immediate engagement, higher open rates, and direct communication, particularly with mobile users, Firepush ‑ SMS & Web Push is more suitable. Its SMS and web push notification strategy is ideal for recovering abandoned carts quickly and delivering time-sensitive updates or promotions. Businesses targeting a younger, mobile-first audience are better suited for Firepush.
