Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with reducing RTO risks and increasing prepaid conversions, Cashfree CODFIRM & Checkout appears to be the better option, given its existing user base and focus on risk management features. However, its rating, while above zero, suggests some users have had issues. COD PRO ‑ OTPs & AI Marketing, while currently unrated, might be suitable for merchants seeking a more diverse verification approach across multiple channels coupled with AI marketing tools.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant values a proven track record (despite some potential issues) in COD risk management, Cashfree CODFIRM & Checkout is preferable. If the merchant is looking for more marketing capabilities and is willing to take a chance on a newer app focused on verification flexibility, COD PRO ‑ OTPs & AI Marketing could be worth exploring, keeping in mind the lack of reviews and associated risk.
