Our Verdict
For merchants dealing with high RTO rates and requiring comprehensive COD management tools, including COD blocking and advanced rules, Cashfree CODFIRM & Checkout offers a more robust solution, despite its lower rating. However, its higher number of reviews may suggest greater adoption and potentially a more established presence. For merchants primarily focused on optimizing the checkout experience, increasing conversions through a streamlined form, and recovering abandoned carts, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell, with its perfect rating, presents a potentially more user-friendly and conversion-focused option. The best choice depends on whether the merchant's main priority is reducing risk or increasing conversion through a highly customizable checkout.
