Cashify COD Order Confirmation vs COD Toolkit by Breezefor Shopify (2026)
Cashify COD Order Confirmation and COD Toolkit by Breeze both address Cash on Delivery (COD) challenges, but they target different merchant needs. Cashify focuses on reducing fake and fraudulent COD orders by automating verification through IVR calls, OTP, and SMS. Its strength lies in actively confirming order authenticity before fulfillment. It is designed for merchants experiencing significant losses due to bogus COD orders and seeking a direct verification method. COD Toolkit by Breeze, in contrast, provides more control over the COD payment option itself. It allows merchants to block COD payments based on rules like price ranges or location and customize the payment option name, focusing on managing and tailoring the COD experience rather than direct order verification. It caters to merchants seeking a more nuanced and customized COD offering while also minimizing risk.

Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with a high volume of fake or unwanted COD orders, Cashify COD Order Confirmation is likely the better choice. Its automated verification processes directly address the problem. Its lower rating, while a concern, is offset by the higher review count, suggesting a longer operational history and broader user base providing more real-world feedback. If, however, a merchant wants to offer COD selectively and tailor the experience based on location or order value, COD Toolkit by Breeze is a better fit. Its rule-based system offers more flexibility and customization over the COD payment option itself, even if the app has fewer reviews.
