Our Verdict
OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification appears to be a superior choice for merchants heavily reliant on WhatsApp for customer communication and needing automated order updates. The perfect 5-star rating, although based on a small sample of reviews, suggests a positive user experience. Its feature set is more comprehensive, offering verification via WhatsApp, SMS, and email, plus automated order status updates. Cashify COD Order Confirmation, however, may be suitable for smaller merchants or those who prefer a simpler, more basic solution without the complexity of WhatsApp integration. Its main advantage would be the ready to use, no-code approach if other methods are unnecessary.
