Our Verdict
For general Shopify merchants looking to boost conversion rates by addressing cart abandonment issues, Casper ‑ Cart Sync is the clear choice. Its ease of use and automatic syncing functionality make it a straightforward solution for improving the customer experience.
However, for merchants operating in the B2B space who require robust tools for managing custom pricing, volume discounts, and wholesale orders, Dollarlabs: B2B Custom Pricing is the more suitable option. While it may require more setup and configuration, the granular control it provides over pricing strategies and order management can significantly benefit B2B operations. The low review count of Dollarlabs should be considered.
Common Questions

Can I use both apps at the same time?
Yes, you could potentially use both apps. Casper would handle general cart syncing, while Dollarlabs would manage custom pricing for B2B customers. However, it's crucial to ensure that the apps don't conflict with each other.
